Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the service in any form. By using any feature, you accept all provisions herein. If you do not agree, you must cease usage immediately. This agreement may be updated periodically.

Account Eligibility

Registration is required for certain functionalities and requires a valid email address. You warrant that all registration data is truthful and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Unauthorized access due to negligence remains your liability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to harass, defraud, or infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes distributing malware, spamming, and circumventing security mechanisms. You must comply with all applicable laws. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Content Ownership

User-provided content remains owned by you, subject to a worldwide license for service operation. You represent that you hold all necessary rights and permissions. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Liability for user content rests solely with you.

Payment Terms

Paid services require payment of the fees displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. You agree to pay applicable taxes. Non-payment may lead to service restriction.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. Auto-renewal settings can be managed in your account. No pro-rata refunds are provided.

Service Changes

The service may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Major updates will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. No compensation is owed for changes. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or other conduct deemed harmful. You will receive notice where practical. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights except the limited license granted herein. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Legal action may follow infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the previous three months. This limitation applies whether liability arises from contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ordered.
